A beautiful mountainside escape! Our new and personally renovated 3 bd, 2 bath rustic modern home is located on over 13 private acres near downtown Asheville, NC. Views, horses and majestic outdoor spaces surround you.
Restaurants, breweries, Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore House, Black Mountain, NC and other destinations are within minutes of our comfortable home-away-from-home. A feeling of seclusion awaits at the end of the paved winding driveway.
Seven Oaks has also been a foundation to the Arabian horse community for over 40 years, raising several national champions and breeding over 200 horses during that time. Enjoy your days here surrounded by nature, having all the comforts of home, and yet being just a few miles from downtown Asheville.
I’m Paula and I grew up here at Seven Oaks and have lived my entire life in Asheville.

This house was perfect for my family of four during our late fall getaway! The house was very clean, the furnishings were stylish and comfortable, the lines were nice, and the kitchen was stocked with good/quality kitchenware. The outdoor seating on the two porches were great for enjoying the beauty of the area and the gas fire pit was an extra bonus for chilly evenings. The location is perfect, very close to Asheville (and Black Mountain), but not right in the city, so we were able to enjoy beautiful views and feel secluded. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.
This property is located in a picturesque setting. The owner has maintained the property flawlessly and added wonderful personal touches, that made us feel (Email hidden by Airbnb) fortable beds, attention to detail, quick communication, and loving touches made this stay one that we will always remember. Such a beautiful location! My expectations were high but they were exceeded. The scenery is beautiful and serene, the house is adorable, the amenities and extra touches were perfect! Paula’s place was absolutely perfect! The house had everything you could ever need; kitchen supplies, extra towels, and a killer sunset. We loved using the grill and walking the property. Oh and the beds are probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on at an AirBnB. Location is great! (About 10-15 minutes to anywhere you’d wanna be!) 100% recommend!
Charming, comfortable and clean! We only spent a couple of nights here, but everything was perfect. We had all the amenities we needed and then some. Decor and furnishings and surrounding views are beautiful …
Convenient to the Biltmore Estate. Close to stores and restaurants. House is adorably appointed Immaculately clean. So many thoughtful touches around the house.
